Project: Web-Based Visualization Tool for Diffusion MRI Tractography

Description

This project aims to develop a web-based visualization tool for diffusion MRI tractography, enabling researchers and clinicians to interactively explore and analyze white matter pathways. Diffusion MRI tractography generates a vast amount of data in the form of streamlines, representing potential fiber pathways within the brain. However, visualizing and interpreting this complex information can be challenging without specialized software. The web-based visualizer will provide an intuitive interface for users to interact with tractography results, allowing for a deeper understanding of the brain's structural connectivity.

It will enable users to visualize tractography results in 3D, explore individual streamlines, and manipulate various visualization parameters, such as color mapping, opacity, and bundle selection. Additionally, the tool will provide advanced features like region-of-interest (ROI) selection, cross-sectional views, shape features analytics and measurement annotations to facilitate detailed analysis and interpretation of the data.
