This project is conducted in collaboration with UiPath Process Mining, which focuses on discovering, monitoring, analyzing, and improving business processes. These processes are uncovered via process mining and visualized in process models. These models are useful for discovering unwanted behavior and places where the process can be further optimized. One of the available analysis tools is process comparison, which is the focus of this project. Through process comparison, different subsets of the same process are compared against each other to identify differences in their behavior and resulting KPIs. This project aims to create a visual comparison of multiple of these scenario-based process execution subsets.
